Arrived in Cairns at about 4:20pm. It took a little while to get my bag, find the car left for me and fill up with petrol in Cairns town. Internet access in Babinda has not been established yet, although I am not convinced that I will find anything in town other than a weak signal 3G connection. If this is the case, blogging will be intermittent. This entry is via mobile-phone email.
Early start tomorrow to catch the nurse's ward hand-over at morning shift change. I am thinking it will be a once only event.
