I fly out tomorrow to start Thursday morning. I take with me a stethescope, my skills, my life experience, my trepidation ... oh, and small suitcase of appropriate items for living away from home for five weeks.

To be honest, if your website was as great as you claim I would have already had a link to your site, but it's not (my opinion) and its certainly not the "ultimate".
